I'll be in town in about a month and have decided to take advantage of your unique offerings down south.  I've done my due diligence research and read a lot of reviews and concluded that team Juanita is the way to go for me.  Most of the logistics are  clear to me, but I do have some questions.
* What's the best way to get there?  I may have a car one or two days, but my impression is the trolley's the way to go, car or no car.
* It appears Juanita gives very clear instructions about where to meet and keeps in touch.  Anything else I should know about that?  Do US cell phones work across the border?
* Other than normal precautions I'd take anywhere, it seems I don't have to worry about safety or rip-offs with her girls, correct?
* Many gents write about major time delays coming back to USA.  Weekend afternoons are the worst?  How about late morning/early afternoon on weekends?  What about weekdays?
* Do you ever bring the girl a gift?  flowers?
* In addition to the girl, it looks like I pay for room as well, yes?  Someone mentioned La Maison is $38.

Your questions: (My answers may not be the best for you, though.)
1) Trolley or park at the border. Don't drive into Mexico unless you get Mexican insurance.  Even then, it's really not worth it. Walking or cab get you anywhere you want to go in TJ.  (Unless you want to go down to Rosarito or Califia or Ensendada which are actually, very beautiful areas.)

2) Haven't used Juanita's service.  Be sure to check out the http://www.escorttijuana.com/ web site. (Jazmin GFE is heavenly!)  Not sure about the cell phones.  I turn mine off.

3) You always need to be on your guard. Check the reviews. But, all in all, you should have a care-free time if you do your homework and don't get stupid.

4) During the day, walking back across is not bad. Can be anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours or more, unfortunately.  I saw some folks using bicycles and going to the front of the line.  I think I might try that next time.

5) I'm sure any woman would appreciate a gift.

6) Some of the providers pay for the hotel or have an incall.  Check http://www.escorttijuana.com/.

I drive to Tijuana but cannot say which way is best for you. Team Juanita is the best agency in my opinion though I have had good experiences with others.

Some cell phones work into Mexico but almost all work at the meeting place because it is so close to the border. They will keep in touch with you and the meeting is very easy.

These are Girls and of course they like gifts. There is a duty-free store just before you cross the border with some very nice and reasonably priced perfumes and other items. It is not necessary but I always bring a small gift and it is appreciated.

La Mansion is very nice and yes it is $38 for the day Mon-Thurs but only for 4 hours Friday and Saturday. I believe a jacuzzi room is $66.00.
They have good room service and pretty good food.

COming back last Saturday Morning was very easy Sundays afternoon and evenings were bad.

Yes you have done your research... Team Juanita is the way to go...  They will tell you what exit to take where to park... walk across border and then they even confirm with you 15 min before you appointment time.  La Mansion is nice and $36 bucks actually on my CC.  No gifts... might as well give them some extra cash or tip...your cell phones do work in TJ.. but remember roaming etc fees...there are other threads about walking back waits....Good Luck

There are lots of things to do and remember when going to TJ/Mexico.
Joining a TJ pay site is the BEST insurance you can do for yourself to ensure you have a safe and fun trip to TJ.
The info on these sites is the most current and up to date. The site I'm on even has quite a few pics  to help you find your way to the Right One along with very good reviews and trip reports.

Gentlemen, I sure appreciate your responses. I'm in town April 15-19 and will be sure to post a full report.

Trying to answer your specific questions a much as I know from my experience.

* The trolley is a good way to get there but I always drive and park my car in a hotel lot right next to the Jack-in-the-Box.  It costs as little as $5 for 8 hours and you can easily walk across the border from there. Just get off on the last US exit and go left at the light and right at the next light.  

* Not sure about Juanita's as I usually go to Adelitas or the Chicago Club.  I have Verizon service and it doesn't work on the other side of the border very well.  Nextel does but not sure if you have to pay extra for that coverage.  

* Just be aware of your surroundings and realize that you aren't in the US.  The cabbies always try to push massage parlors or strip clubs that give them kick-backs.  If somebody is too friendly, watch your back.  The people are friendly but some use this as a way to trick a "gringo".  It does help to speak Spanish.  

* I have never had a delay walking across the border at night or on the weekend.  I haven't crossed back at a commute hour before.

* Not sure a gift is necessary but if you feel compelled give some extra cash.

* I haven't done the agency thing but if I was in your shoes $38 is a lot to spend for a short time in a room.  If I was going to spend that much, I would get a room at a hotel/motel and bring more than one girl back over the course of a day.  There are independents with their own places and the room charge at a place like Adelitas is $11.
