Who ever is in charge is probably trying to shake the bar owners down for big bucks by keeping then shut down by 3 am...

The rummors going around are that Jorge Hank (the mayor)wants 5 million US.  But there's lots of rummors, so who knows.  Also that the bars will start opening late on Monday. (The DJ in Adelitas makes announcments that "fall through.")

Reports are this past weekend the bars stayed open past 3am.
