They're listed in with the San Diego providers.  Unfortunately, you don't seem to be able to search the Location field.

If you're interested in a particular girl, just search by name in the San Diego reviews.  The best way I know to do a general search for Tijuana is to set the city to San Diego and search both the 664 and 555 area codes.  That will get you several, but not all, of the Tijuana girls.

Your question raises an interesting point.  Since Tijuana has its own discussion board, it seems reasonable for folks to expect there to be a Tijuana review section.  Anyone besides me think that would be a good idea?
