I don't know if it really helps build a second pop...for me, once the reservoir has emptied, it doesn't regenerate very quickly...but the blue tablet does make MikeHock hard as stone..as far as ordering at a farmacia...I think it goes for about $6 US per tablet...it's a generic version, but it works....I think you have to order a min. of 4 tablets and it is no problem..just go to the counter and ask!

I think you are looking at meds for erection problems the wrong way.
Viagra, Levitra and Cialis all help in getting an erection.
Blood flow to your cock/erectile tissue.

if you are looking for help with cumming or ejaculation, you need to look at your brain for that.
