I have some friends coming down at the end of the month and they are talking TJ adventure. Just a quick rundown of the possible players. One of them is a Writer known for his tales of drunken excess and womanizing, he may or may not be bringing along his SO who is a bisexual hottie dedicated to being his wing girl. Two of his male friends one is an attorney from the bay area and the other is a young computer geek type who has never had any experiences of this kind and whose total annihilation by means of excess is our primary goal. There will also be myself and two other females who are up for anything coming along.

We would like to do a full evening with dinner lots of drinking, maybe some gambling and most definatley the ladies.While not filthy rich the expense is not limited to thrifty establishments
We may also be considering hiring a tour guide type so those who are very familiar who would like a night out on us send me an e-mail with your ideas.

For dining I suggest the LaCosta downtown. My best friend Danny's mother, (who was born near Mexico City,) took him there when he was just 8 years old. He in turn introduced it to me some 20 years ago. Very good service and excellant Mex/seafood faire. The house specialty of Costa Azul is always my first choice. Although their Margaritas can't compare to yours truly's they are tasty, frothy and there is no holding back on the tekillya. If you have a sweet tooth opt for the after dinner cordial called a cremeeta. It's a sweet, tantalizing treat made of melted vanilla icecream, Kalua and Creme'de coco. I better see what my buddy Danny is doing this weekend. My mouth is watering already.

Also.....
If it exists there use to be an old converted mission turned restaurant up in the hills called La Escondida. Excellant menu but I favored, again, the house specialty of braised young goat. Any cabby should know the place. Hail one, get in, close your eyes for the drive and enjoy.

BTW, does this "Writer" happen to be ABeautifulMind or one of our other more notorious TER residents?

We have been doing adult tours of TJ for over three years.  I have been going to TJ for ten years and go for my own pleasure 3-4 times a week.  We are not cheap but do give group discounts.  

You can check out our tours and testimonials (which are all real) on our tour page link on our website menu at juanstijuana.com  We may be too expensive for you but you can e-mail us at the address on our website to discuss a tour and a discount.  Depending on the size of your group you may also want to keep a lower profile in TJ.  There is also possibly someone on this website who would do it for you for less or free.  

Many also feel that you can get all the info you want from reading websites.  To some extent this is true.   There's also something to be said to getting shown everything firsthand.  But for newbies to TJ there is definitely a period of time where it's takes you time to feel comfortable in TJ.  I know it took me several visits over a few months.  The sole goal of our tour is to give any newbie enough info that they will feel comfortable on their next visit, even by themselves.

No he is not a member of our little community at all. In fact none of the people scheduled to go are. I am consulting this board as one of my suggestions was a Tijuana adventure complete with a tour of TJ's finer brothels which was considered to be a great idea to the writer who is the ringleader of this diverse and interesting group. I am looking for this to be a legendary good time and hopefully will end up being one of his better stories.

Ginger... I agree that Milky would be an excellent tour guide. If he didn't want to or couldn't do it, I am sure he could give you lots of suggestions for your party and maybe suggest a reliable and knowledgeable person who could help you all have a good time. The "plus" for Milky (in addition to having a great board personality and being very helpful) is he spends most of his time outside the puta bars... dinner houses, dance clubs etc. From your post, I would guess you will not want to spend your entire time in the hooker bars so Milky is your man... or at least one of the very best.
