All of our ladies are GFE.  There are lots of reviews on this forum to support it.  Brenda does not have any yet as she has only done a handful of dates.  I am not sure your criteria of high volume is,  but we only send our highest voulume chicas 3 times in a day and we leave breaks between dates to allow for them to be fresh.
