The reason I recommend agencies, like Team Juanita, is they are a "sure bet" for those seeking a gfe.  YMMV applies so much to bar girls that I seldom find it worthwhile to "name names."  (The service provided by street girls is so non-gfe I don't bother with them.)

In the bars the best thing to do is to spend a little time "sizing up" prospective chicas and see if you can establish a rapport with somebody.  (You can also check reviews on the various TJ mongering boards, but again YMMV.)  Good luck.
