Orange County Register this morning says that 600+ Mexican troops have been airlifted into Tijuana (on three 747s!) to clean up the police department and presumably to help with the rampant drug problem there.  Think it will affect the chica action down there?

No. They also moved a lot of Federales there just after Felix WhatsHisName was killed. Didn't have any affect on the hobby what-so-ever.
