Many problems trying to set up an all nighter.
#1 Many of the hot chicas won't do an allnighter since they can make more money being at the club. Forget it on a Friday or Saturday night since those are money nights.
But if it's a slow night of the week, you could score with a TLN, especially if you make her an offer she can't refuse.
#2 Trust is a big issue and you need to have some rapport with the chica.
I've only been with one SG and she was really exceptional, so I don't know much about SG's but I don't know if they will do a TLN outside of the Zone.
One suggestion is to arrive in the Zone in the afternoon and see if there are any chicas that appeal to you. You might even take a test drive and do a half hour session to see if the chemistry is right. Many chicas that work the day shift, get off in the late afternoon to early evening.
But the problem is that many chicas have kids and families to tend to, after work.
I'm sure other OG's here have some advice, other than what I gave.

I fear you're not going to like what I have to say, but I think you are asking for trouble the way it sounds like you are planning on doing your TLN.
I strongly recommend you get to know a girl before doing a TLN with her. At a minimum do a basic session with her first to see if she is worth a TLN.
Personally I wouldn't consider doing a TLN street girl. Their service is very mechanical and those I've encountered are lacking in both personality and language skills. Also, I'd be afraid she'd leave with my wallet in the middle of the night.
Take out fines from massage parlors and bars can be high. (A massage parlor will probably want the house fee of $30-40 an hour. At least that is what I was quoted once before I learned to meet girls when they are off duty.)
Personally I always get to know the girl first, get her phone number, and have her call in sick or something. (She may have to pay a $40.00 fine for not showing up at work, but that is better than paying the bar fine.)
Most guys find a girl they like in a bar and do a TLN in the bar's hotel. If you do that at Adelitas then you don't have to pay a bar fine. If you get a room on the top floor the noise ins't too bad. However, Hotel Coahuila is a far cry from PA.
To the best of my knowledge you have to pick between seeing a girl on her own time or paying a bar fine if you want to take a girl to someplace like the PA.
You will also find doing a TLN is easier--and less expensive--on a weekday than a weekend. Girls usually make too much on the weekends to go for a TLN unless you are planning on spending big money.
I know that isn't what you wanted to hear. But I suggest this trip you try to find some girls you like, get their phone number, and make arrangements for a TLN another time. Or if you can stay a couple of days it shouldn't be too hard to find a girl for a TLN before you leave. Again I recommend against trying to set up a TLN your first night in town.
Getting a TLN came be very trick and a gamble. Since you are not a regular I would stay in the zone. Cascades etc. The bar fines at CC are around $20. Durning the week is much easier and you will have better luck. Try the chica out first 1/2 hr. If you run into Franco....he is pretty good at finding you something and he isn't a rip off person. I have had a few good experiences with him.

I am in TJ every week and always stay at Pueblo Amigo. I checked with them last visit and their computer shows 65 nites since June. I can remember only one or two nites spent alone.
Last week I changed my approach to TLNs. I was talking to a chica I had been with once before and asked her about a TLN. She said it would be great.
