My new credit card has a security chip embedded in it and I just found out that it is incompatible with the ATMs in TJ. I tried several machines, including some at large banks. Did anyone experience that? What did you do
I have a few ATM's here in the states. September is what I was told to upgrade the machines by. I am a bit surprised your new card already have it. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do until the machines are upgraded aside from using other card.
