LINDAS CHICAS DE TIJUANA?

Also, there are many girls at 700 to 1000 pesos for 1 hour. What should I expect for that amount?

You usually get about the same thing as other places.  There might be some slight nuances that you would ask about, but I would not let the price indicate inferior quality by any means.

You can look at the Mexican message boards for prostitutes and you can see that agencies and sites are usually divided into two categories.  One is for tourists and one is for locals.  The tourists sites obviously cater to tourists, have people that speak English and charge maybe 30% more than the other places.  The places for locals sometimes don't have anyone to accomodate you if you don't know Spanish.  Also on the boards you can see that some places that are written in English and cater to tourists do offer discounted prices for locals.

I personally have not had anyone from this site, but I haven't heard anything bad either.  Might as well call and check it out.

Thanks for the info, I appreciate it.
One two-part question, if you don't mind. Are the prices usually an 'all-inclusive' or do you negotiate for specific services with that lady, and is "GFE" service (as it is meant by anglos) commonly understood by the latinas?
Thanks again!

When you're talking about various agencies and independents, it's all different depending on who you're talking to.  Some agencies are just websites that charge a flat fee to the women per month and they do as they please.  The number you call is their own cell number and you can hire them for one hour and they might decide to spend the night with you.  They are basically independent contractors for all intents and purposes and as long as they pay the webmaster their $300 a month o whatever it is, the rest is on them.

There are agencies that directly control the booking and timing of appointments as well.  This is the most common approach for the agencies geared towards foreigners, but is not always the case.  Someone else books the appointment, the woman is on their clock, and they take a cut depending on their split with the agency etc. but they do not pay a monthly fee.

Then there are true independents you can find on the free classified sites or with their own site who run their own show and pay no one apart from a domain host for web content and a professional photographer (or an amateur) for their photos.

In each of these cases you will want to know how it is run and set up and what is included.  There are no blanket rules for Tijuana prostitutes just as there are no blanket rules for attorneys in Los Angeles.  Everyone runs business differently.

GFE is an english acronym, so will make zero sense to someone who is not aware of what it means.  I myself do not even fully know what it means because when I think of girlfriend, I think of someone hassling me about where I was last night, arguing with me over idiocies, and generally being a bitch.  That's not the experience I want, so I pay. I pay to not have a girlfriend.  (Cheaper too in the long run not even counting a divorce).

You will see S/C a lot which means servicio completo.  Again, depending on the woman, this means different things.  To be safe, just clarify.  If you get mislead, then write a bad review and save others from the hassle.  It's no different than using one of these American-run agencies that have the occasional no-show or false advertisement.  The only thing is an agency setup can reimburse or discount your service (usually by relinquishing their 'cut'), but then again, yo also pay 30% more every time, so it's like a prepaid insurance policy.  Do you want to pay now or do you want to maybe pay later?  No right or wrong answer, just taste.

When you see these agencies and especially when you see servicio completo, you can almost count on at least a BJ with a condom on, and sex.  If you're looking for anything specific apart from this then ask.  If you're looking for a 'yes' and they say 'no', then move on down the list.

I do applaud you for looking on your own and trying new things.  The more discovered talent, the more options we have as consumers and the prices and services becomes better for us in he end as a result, thanks to people like you that dig around instead of following the herd.  I wish more foreigners would explore the market so we didn't have this divided Mexican-only or American-only client restrictions.

I appreciate you taking the time to give such a thorough answer.

Now I know the meaning of  S/C. I had seen and wondered about that. Very helpful.

I have read your other posts and know you are an advocate of  going off the beaten and narrow path that many American guys follow, AND PROMOTE here on this board. I have done quite a bit of that here in 'the states' with great success.

Even though I am chided for it and warned otherwise, I often seek out the services of providers who are not reviewed and post ads independently on BP and CL. Through research, a bit of street smarts and some common sense, I have found many "hidden jewels" who charge substantially less than the other guys are commonly paying and deliver a satisfying session.

So, for coming to TJ, I am learning some Spanish, trying to get some direction from those with experience (such as yourself) and carefully do my research to find some Latina “hidden jewels” at a good price, and have a bit of fun.

Where I live here in the US, this is not easy to do, because the LAWS basically make a crime out of any communication of what may transpire between the man and the woman. So, you can’t talk about anything (and the women will not) other than: Where will we meet? I want to spend X amount of time? and How much is your ‘donation’ or rate for that amount of time?

Even that last one is touchy and many women will actually hang up and refuse to see you if you mention the money aspect. They expect you to read the ad, bring the right amount of money for the time you want to spend, and just place in on a table in plain site when you arrive at your destination. Then whatever happens, good or otherwise, is what happens. In my state, once you are together you still cannot negotiate for specific services without substantial legal risk. It’s all unspoken. So that is my experience and my frame of reference in dealing with the woman.

Please tell me if I am understanding this aspect works in TJ with the independent or agency girls. Once you are together, it is customary (and safe) to discuss what you are looking for and how much the price is. Am I correct? i.e. You may ask her for specific “extras” and how much the cost will be?

Also, I have read that it is OK (even expected???) to negotiate somewhat on the initial price and timeframe. Is that true? (where I live, it is totally unacceptable)

Lastly, on the “GFE” issue, you are spot on that it means so many different things. In my area it usually represents 1) relaxed time together, not just wham-bam-thankyou-mam, 2) physical affections like mutual caress & cuddling, 3) French kissing, and 4) mutual oral, usually without condom or dental dam.
The term is used in ads because of the laws and communication restrictions. i.e. you will always get penetration with condom, oral with condom, and access to kissing and licking breasts with every provider. With a GFE girl, you get what I noted. Anal access is usually “international travel” and is mentioned separately. The word “Greek” will add to legal risk.

Not to bore you with details, but just to show the way I have been required to communicate (actually NOT communicate) in the hobby.

So, in TJ, one can communicate freely and specifically? Including talking about the costs for the services? Do you do that over the phone, when making appointments?

In closing, I am not trying to impose on your time. What you have written so far is great. If you feel like answering my specific questions, I would again be appreciative. But, either way… Best to you, mate!!!

Those are great questions.  I'll try to hit them in order.

About the pure legal aspect, as with any country, there's law theory and law practice.  Here's theory:  It is against the law as a man to pay for the services of a prostitute.  It is a felony to use a prostitute who is under 18, who is not in her right mind, or is in dire straits and must resort to prostitution to survive.  It is also highly illegal to promote prostitution by hosting a website for that purpose or setting appointments etc.  I would have to look in my penal code to cite you the different penal code articles that refer to this, but I encourage you to do some research yourself by getting a PDF copy of the penal code and browsing it.

Here's the practice:  Most of the time, as two adults consenting to prostitution, you'll be okay.  Now that doesn't mean you're immune, because they can charge you with these crimes in addition to other things if they want to.

Let's keep in mind that the word "donations" does not change the nature of prostitution in Baja California at all.  It's semantics.  The penal code defines any type of exchange, even gratuity, as to violating this code.  So when they say "donations", they might as well say "hourly rate" because in court it would be the same thing.  "I didn't punch him, he ran into my fist."  That kind of thing.  It's silly.

Now, when you're in a hotel room for instance, you're technically legally considered in your domicile. This is your home and no one has the right to enter, not even hotel staff without either your permission, or a suspicion of danger or destruction of hotel property.  The police cannot enter without a warrant. This does not mean the police will not just break down your door anyways, but it's unlikely.  Again, theory and practice.

Keep in mind that stings in Mexico - operaciones encubiertas - are not legal.  Police can infiltrate criminal organizations for intel, but they cannot directly do sting arrests or use any of that evidence in a court of law.  There's a zero chance that a client or hooker is really a cop.  Even if she or he was, it would be thrown out of court and the officer charged under article 192 of the penal code, which is abuse of authority.

Here's my stance on negotiation.  I do not negotiate because I feel like if a woman feels like she is dropping her rate, she will drop her service quality.  You set the price.  I buy or I don't.  Set it reasonably, and more people will buy.  Set it too high and they won't.  I am the selector, not the selectee.  They are trying to attract business.  I don't go the grocery store and negotiate the price of food.  If it's too much, I find another store.

I'm not into cuddling and kissing.  With making an appointment I have a purpose of relieving anxiety without having to go through all the other hoops of answering to them or trying to entertain them or cater to them.  If they want a man to carry on a conversation, to cuddle and kiss, well, I'm here, but I'm not paying someone for me to indulge them.  The minute it costs money, it's for my enjoyment and not for theirs.  However, everyone has different tastes, so if you feel the need to pay them and to kiss them and cuddle them, then by all means, proceed.

As far as communication, I don't really ask up front.  I like the encounter to feel like a casual encounter.  If I pay them and they don't do anything that I like, well, then they don't get a second phone call.  So far, I've hardly ever been disappointed.  But then again, I just need them to assume the position and let me release some stress I've built up all week.  I'm not trying to be having sex for 4 hours and doing a circus act in the bed.  Plenty of other men out there do those "all nighters" and like to get fancy.  If you have a specific request that is not the norm, like anal things, then you should probably ask if they do it.  Stay away from all the slang - it's tacky.  Just ask and keep it simple.

The working out of the time and all is up front.  Most of the time for agencies or collaborative websites, it will specify the services offered or you can ask on the phone.  When I call up, I just say "I was wondering if you'd be free for an hour around 8pm?"  They'll say "8?  1 hour?  Sure.  Where at?"  Then there you go.  It's pretty simple.

All that talking in code that it sounds like you have to do unfortunately where you live is not necessary in Mexico since undercover operations are not allowed.

Hope that helps.
