I don't believe there should be any up selling in the room.  I would say to anyone to explain what they want and ask for the pricing before entering the room.  I know we charge extra for Greek...and if you schedule a date Greek is not implied or quoted in the price.  So if you asked a chica she may tell you it is $50 more for that service.

CIM is not a part of GFE, but some chicas provide it at the same price.  I guess this chica does not.

By all means speak to the agency.  Preferably before the session starts so all are clear on the prices and services to be provided at that price.

A CIM finish is not part of a GFE.  Some chicas will charge more and some don't for this service--and some won't provide it.  So I don't think you got "gringo prices."  I think it more likely you booked a GFE session, requested a service that was not part of the GFE you booked, and were charged accordingly.

But, as I say, discuss in advance the services you want and their prices when booking the date.
