Hey everyone, I'm taking my friend to TJ this weekend.  Is a passport certificate (piece of paper you get after you passed the citizenship test) and DL good enough?  He is just to lazy to apply for a passport.  What a DA!

He won't have any problems--meaning no fine and he'll be allowed to re-enter the US.  The worst that'll happen is he may get a lecture and possibly be sent to Secondary.
