Try Adelitas first (hottie central) then Chicago Club. These bars have the largest selection of chicas as well as surgically modified chicas (chicas with boob jobs, etc.) However, the Zona isn't that large and you'll do better looking for what you want than asking advice from others.

Chicago seems to be hit or miss more so these days. Some times, the place is rocking and there are many hot girls, other times, it's very sleep and desolate in there.
