It is a clip joint.  If you like expensive lap dances, and don't want sex, maybe you would like it.  Sex can be had, but I have heard of quotes of $300.  They do have pretty chicas.

I believe there are normally English speaking chicas there.

It's not what it was in its glory days.  Hong Kong is"now the "happening place.  Some of the girls speak English, but since dancers come and go the answer changes with the personnel.
