But if you want to get out of jail you will have to pay$$$$$$$$$ and get thrown out of the country. and if you come back and get cought they will throw you back in jail with no court date of any kind.
It just doesn't seem worth it. The San Diego reader used have stories of US guys put in Mexican prison for drugs and they were nightmares. The police down there would love to catch a gringo with some pot. It is a huge payday for them and they have a zero tolerance policy. Enjoy the girls, drink the tequila, smoke before you cross the border and don't bring anything with you. This is my paranoid advice.
If you are willing to risk a whole lotta grief, best bet would be to find a nice dark hole with no ventilation to toke up with.
