As stated, the Luxor is next to the Pueblo Amigo hotel.

There are several places to eat within walking distance.  None of which are worthy of a trip.  You can eat at the PA hotel.  If I remember correctly Gypsies isn't too far away.

For really good restaurants you need to go to the Zona Rio.  I recommend you begin by trying Villa Savarios, Cien Anos, or Rivoli in Hotel Lucerna.
