It's a classified ad website, so it's not really possible to group all the ads together and put a label on them.  "Scam" or "non-GFE" or whatever.  I know that people like things quantified and grouped for simplicity, but it's just not that way.

Those sites are mainly what local people use to call women.  The tourist agency rates are significantly higher than the local rates for agencies and independents, so it's a different ball game.  Schedules are going to be different as well.  Some women will basically require that you speak Spanish, or they won't come see you.  I've seen some places that say "No locals" and will only cater to people that do not live anywhere in Baja California.  I have not been 'scammed' from that site.  I think that more scams exist in other places because the consequences to the woman are a little more severe here.  People get killed over small things, so I don't see a lot of fraud or bully tactics when it comes to prostitutes very often, especially in an outcall or private incall setting.  Most of the time, the pictures are taken by the women, and they can't even get out of bed to make it to a real job on time, let alone do massive photo editing.  Anyone else doing photo editing is just taking a guess because if they were a real graphic designer, they would find clients that paid (i.e. not hookers) and not be editing photos for a sex website in the first place.

You have to understand that the internet is still relatively new to most Mexicans.  Yes, they know it exists and yes, they can go to the mall and connect to WiFi, but they don't use it like people in 1st world nations do.  They still don't have an effective postal system in Tijuana, let alone people using the internet for things like commerce.  The lies and scams you'll find have to do with things like saying a girl is a student when she's not, or saying that a girl is from France when she speaks maybe 2 French words total.  Pictures will hide stomach flab and they'll hide faces.  But I've never had an experience where a girl offered something and then changed her mind or put extra prices on anything.  That doesn't mean it's not possible though, so I still don't understand your question, nor the type of answer you're looking for mate.

The question you're asking can't be answered.  That's like saying "I'm looking for a used TV.  Is Craigslist a good site, or is it only junk on there?"  Well that depends on which ad you select.  Some stuff is out of the garbage can, and other stuff is basically still in the wrapper.  You're wanting a collection of hundreds of classified ads written and posted by hundreds of people to be put into a nice neat go or no-go category so you can choose.  Doesn't work that way.  If you want a guarantee, I'll give you two:  death and taxes.  Everything else is a gamble, and I mean everything.  There is no effective review system for locals because as said above, the power of the internet is not really known to them.  When there are reviews, they're not objective at all, and are basically just filled with people telling a woman how much of a goddess she is and what this mortal man could possibly do to win her approval (even though she's a prostitute).  You won't really find any type of objectivity or anything about service in most places because they speak of sex like it's a life-changing event.  And they wonder why their society is so fucked up.  Not much different on here though.  Women that look like they've been smashed in the face several times having 9's and 10's on appearance.
