I'm not completely sure, but I think it is dead.   I haven't heard of anyone using this service recently.

Live Latin Angels was run by a one-time bar girl who treated customers as "suckers" and supported any scam her chicas pulled.  It had enough problems (such as bait-and-switch, and no-shows) that I was surprised it lasted as long as it did.  They left pictures on their website of escorts who long ago had parted ways with the agencies to create the appearance it was viable then used bait-and-switch practices to cover the wholes in their line-up.
