I have been to Real Ejecutivo recently as well as in the past when it "used to be the best", and here is what I found.
I picked a very hot chica there and enjoyed the hell out of my time with her.
It was worth every penny and I saw absolutely nothing that had "gone downhill" at that establishment. I don't have any idea why he would mislead you.
I have also been to the Luxor Spa by Pueblo Amigo hotel, and again had a great time with a 19 year old chica there as well. She was about as hot as they come and definitely was not bar chica nor hardened. In fact, she had not even had a child yet and still had that innocence look to her personality.
The only thing that is different about the Luxor was that the sign has been taken down for whatever reason.
The service was still top notch and I can only recommend it.
Of course, if you cannot afford the nicer massage parlors and don't mind being seen in public, then go to the bars and the Azteca parlor afterwards. The nicer massage parlors are there because their clients can afford to pay a little more for higher quality service. Enjoy!

This place used to be the best, most deluxe place in TJ although a little pricey. It has gone downhill as has the quality of the chicas there. I used to love massages in TJ. It's a shame most of the better cheaper places have closed down or been put out of business by the government crackdown on massage places. For the most part you are better off in the zona. The lack of really good massage places (where girls actually know to give a good massage plus extras) is one of the biggest changes in TJ along with a lot more gringos and higher prices. As in life everything changes.

Instead of trying to get a good massage parlor chica, do a girl in the Zone and then go to Azteca for a kick ass massage.
You'll walk away with a lot more money in your pocket.

Why would I do that? Executive is a far cry from it's hey day and we all know that. So is the massage scene in TJ. Every monger is free to check out any place and report back.

Yes exactly. Every vet monger knows that the overall massage scene in TJ has been destroyed for the most part by corruption, bribes and the government. Yes a very simple statement. Yes, there are still massages in TJ but not overall like in the past. Simply means that anyone that wants to go to Executive or any other place, go check it out and report back here. That would include all vets that have been there in the past and compare it then and now as far as the overal quality of the chicas, the facilities and the prices. Prices are shy high in TJ for massage and you can pretty much get that deal in the US, though illegal. Pretty simple for most to understand.

Contrary to what the others are telling you, Real Ejecutivo is still a great place to go to.

MPs are not for everyone. Good (and bad) sessions can be found in MPs; it is true, however, that MPs are not what they were even a year ago. Neverthless, I am still able to get good sessions with some of the MP girls. I also find there something very nice about starting a session with a nude girl pampering me. Was at Executivo recently and tried VIP with Erica.My experience was unsatisfactory.The massage was fine, but Erica was not into kissing, embracing or having sex longer than 20 min.Actually ended session at 60 min. As I left, I met lady that greeted me in hallway which left me sadness of having picked wrong lady. Yes I will return ,,,but will tell the owner to pick the girl with my expectations. YMMV
If you expect kissing con lengue, or fucking for longer than 20 minutes, you need to find a girlfriend or else become a regular with a provider.....that is not usually expected at a massage parlor. I also would not expect the other lady to be much different given your expectations.
I also did not see any mention of taking the jacuzzi with the girl as that is typically how my VIP experience usually starts out.....which promotes lots of touching and embracing and gives the girl a chance to warm up to you.
I agree wholeheartedly with aspuser about the jacuzzi. I have been with a number of MP girls who started a little bit shy or stand-offish because they were new or whatever.
