There are no reports of the cops targeting mongers visiting escorts. But there are lots of reports of "garden variety" shake downs.  

The big picture is that after losing their guns the cops lost a lot of money.  Now that they have their guns back they are trying to make up for lost time--and income. So there are more problems than normal and the situation is very unstable.

As you all must know sex is a bussiness and like in any other bussiness deal something can always go sour, so always be carefull and take precautions.

What I can say on the matter is that prostitution is not ilegal in Tijuana nor is it legal, the bottom line is no monger would get arrested or trown in jail simply because he was in the company of a young lady as long as she is not a minor, even if their was money exchanged if it is in private then there is no law against it and it doesn't matter if the girl is from an agency or you picked her up from the street as long as it is her free will, you are not braking the law.

Yes is true, if a girl is offering her servicies for money then she is in an act of prostitution which means she should have a health card and as you know some agency girls might not have them but that is not your fault if she gets caught without it she is the only one who gets in trouble you are off the hook.

I been fortunate to keep & even nurture, a friendly relationship with our local law enforcement authorities
Took the website down for a few days as a precaution, until I found out, which way the wind was blowing and how things stood.
Even with the website down we continued booking dates if only meeting away from the border. For the last week, is back again to business as usual, meeting customers in the border area w/o incident.

Say what you want about Mexican cops, I for one, am glad you can do business with the local cops.

Don't be surprised if you see dear Juanita along with her team back in business in the not so distant future.
