I am in Tijuana for a couple of days and looking for some fun, not sure where to look though.. any suggestions.. i am looking for outcall to my room..

Take a cab ride to Hong Kongs and have a couple of beers.  You will have fun.

Tijuana has a well earned reputation as hobbyist/mongering destination.  So "hobby."

In the Zona Norte, Hong Kong, Adelitas, and Bar Tropical are good places for those new to TJ to start.  If you're adventurous and/or speak some Spanish try some of the smaller bars.

While Tijuana isn't a cultural Mecca, there are things to do beside hobbying.  The museum in the Cultural Center is well worth visiting.  Tijuana has has some very nice restaurants.  Villa Saviors has good Continental.  La Diferencia and Cien Anos are good choices for upscale Mexican cusine.
