I have never been to adelitas but have read a lot about the place.. Is the going rate still $60 or is it down due to the economy and not as many people going?  I have read that you pay for a room that is about $11.  Do the girls there bargain for how much they want monetary wise?  Thank you for the help!

$60 is the going rate, with $50 possible and requests as high as $80 which can be bargained down. Be sure you discuss services in advance. Rooms are now $13 or $14 and a $1 tip to the janitor is pretty much mandatory.

I can't comment on prices there because I truly have no idea, mate, but I can tell you that a lot of outcalls are down to around $60 for an hour.  You can catch specials on some days where it's $600MN which is about $47USD.

Phones are answered more often and around the clock many times right before and right after the 1st of the month, when rent is due.  600 pesos seems to be the current market minimum for 1 hour outcalls.  Obviously, this could change in the future as the market continues to deteriorate and some women find themselves unable to get pregnant and/or unwilling to find a real job.  I look forward to $35/hour outcalls.

Yes, I do.  Get on the classified ads in Tijuana and they are all over the page.  Stay away from the American sites like craigslist, backpage, etc. because those prices will generally be more inflated.  This is usually due to extra accommodations like having a U.S. telephone number or someone who speaks English that coordinates the meet, from what I've seen.  This might hold value for some, but it means absolutely squat to someone like me, so those aspects do not justify the price increase.  Some places attempt to advertise security, but their security is usually a complete joke and highly unnecessary.  Very good way to draw attention to yourself.

Sexytijuana.com has a nice list of classified ads where you can find some good professionals.  For a general classified ad site, I use them almost exclusively and the results have been favorable.  There are also other agencies here in the city that cater more to locals that are great too, but the price is sometimes a little higher.  I will pay up to 1,000 pesos for 1 hour ($88 approx.) but the price increase must be justified by someone being a cut above in looks, reliability, style, etc. or some other reason.

I usually recommend staying away from any place that has a U.S. telephone number, or has an 'English' version of their website.  These sites mainly cater to tourists and foreigners, which means they are normally priced out of the market and/or the women are a little lower on the ladder rungs.  If a woman knows how to use a computer and a telephone, she will be putting up her own ad herself.  Many people fail to realize that even though Tijuana and Southern California are geographically close, economically, it's like a different planet.

I'll take an outcall or even private incall way before I go in to a place like the original poster mentioned.  Tijuana is a horrible enough place, but that area is the extreme pits.  Why not stay comfortable and a little classy?  That's the way I see it.

Kadjevic good post and good info.  I like Hong Kong club for the music, the vibe, and the chicas are less business than adelitas. Girls in chicago in the past were excellent but havnt been there much lately, been hangn at hk. The zona is fun, get high n its magical, 5 or 6 clubs with great music n more.   Enjoy.

You can keep it.  Trash on the street, drug addicts wandering, horrid parking facilities, and the same playlist of 20 songs on repeat that consist of 1980's American rock and roll, Mexican love song ballads involving heartache, separation, and crying, and Mexican cowboy music where a cowboy hat and cowboy boots is prerequisite to enjoying the music.  No thanks.

Tijuana is mostly trash, but this zona norte area highlights it.  Just too many scumbags.  Magical?  I'm not sure if I would go that far.  Perhaps magical if you're from North Korea.  

If I must stay in Tijuana for leisure, I'd much rather go to other areas, but before that, I prefer California if the time is available.  Usually anyone who lives in Tijuana and has their travel requirements in order bails and heads for California every Friday.  The ones that stay here are either on a tight schedule, or they are not permitted travel requirements which means something is usually wrong with them.

The only people I've seen in the zona norte are the lower-class Mexicans and then some Americans that confuse me by living in basically paradise in this part of the world but choose to come here in their free-time, which makes no sense.  The only thing I can think of would be to have some sex outside of the normal routine with the wife and not have someone be able to come track you down, but that can be done in California as well, so I still don't understand exactly.  Oh well.
