The Internet Ladies are always scheduled in advance via e-mail.  Spontaneous service with them is only possible, if they are not already booked, if they've given you their cell phone number.  Your best bet is to follow the other "lost" gavachos to the bars and/or massage parlors where dozens upon dozens of ladies will be more than willing to lighten your wallet.
