The bars on Revo range from the TV bars to the real chica bars. They range from sleazy to US style(argh!). Everything that you want can be had there, whether in a back room or taking a chica to your room. The downside for the newbie is that you will likely spend a lot more money before you get what you're after, unless you get real lucky. The zona is a much more sure thing to avoid the scams or bad service. There are a few good bars on Revolucion but they aren't bars like AB or CC.
In the Zone, any girl in AB or CC will go upstairs with you.

Bars on Revolucion are just that, bars.
If you are talking about the strip clubs on Revolucion, and are looking for a sex worker, most of the girls will go out with you to a hotel/motel. Some may even perform certain favors for money in the club, in a semi private room.
From what I've been told, it may be more expensive and may be more of a rush.
