IMHO Tecate is the wrong place to look for putas. It doesn't have a red light district. The Tecate chicas commute by bus to Tijuana.

In many small Mexican towns you will sometimes find a waitress in a bar that is willing to pick up extra money when her shift ends. Finding such a girl takes a lot of time unless you know a local who can give you the instide story.
