The flight is much faster than 5 hours even with all the security.   It is also safer and of course less expensive than $500.

10 min to airport from house
arrive 1 hour early to airport
check bag $25.00
15 min in line security
5 min walk to gate
$6 for a pint waiting to board
arrive San Diago 3 hrs later
deplane get bag 30 min
Bus/Trolly ticket $5.00
10 bus ride to trolly
1hr trolly to TJ
walk across
$5.00 taxi


so lets add it up now

           351.00 that is round trip
             25.00
              6.00
              5.00
              5.00

             392.00
             

So it take's me about 5.1/2 to 6 hrs and I save 108.00
that is enough savings for my first 2 BG at $40.00 x 2=$80.00 room $12x2=$24.00
Now I still have $4.00 left over from the 500.00

Now that's flying from my state.

you want to charge 500 from Vegas to tj witch is about 160 flight to San Diego and sit 5 hrs in a car.
flight is about 1hr with other times added in you can be in TJ in about 3.1/2 hours

I think I would fly and not be left for dead on the side of the rode by some stranger.
