The Meet and Greets are posted on this board.  Basically follow the instructions the host or hostess has provided.  It isn't rocket science.  Once you comply with the instructions, you should receive a confirmation (assuming all of what u said for screening is true).

Official invites are usually provided 1-2 days prior to the event.  The invite includes all u need to know about the party details.
