It's actually a somewhat fancy event (on the surface, that is). I had to dress business casual for it, which was easy, since I went straight from work. The ladies had more leeway in clothing 
. The food and drinks were pretty high-end, although that wasn't the focus, obviously. Interactions consisted of heavy flirting and talking, although sometimes people danced. If you've met a local provider in your city, chances are, she'll be there, in which case, you can say hello and catch up.
