I think too many people, esp providers, misunderstand this board as an "virtual" meet and greet area. Therefore you see a lot of "hello I am soandso" introductory posts. Not that they are trying to sneak in an ad, but they just thought this is an area to say hello. Perhaps the name of the board can be changed to "Event/social gathering/get together discussion" and the board description on the top can explain the purpose a bit better?

people do not read directions and Board Headers.  They do whatever they want and then crab about being "limited" later.

Nice suggestion though, but I doubt it will go anywhere.

Its not very straight forward for newbies...
I for one made the 'mistake' of posting in this section of the board because i though this would be the best place to say hi.
I was wrong but that does not mean that i 'do whatever i want'.
I agree that a name change would be helpful for those who have not used this board.
