I'm sorry, but I am going to have to stop the invite requests for the LA Meet and Greet. We are at 135 requests and there is more I have to respond to.
While I don't think everybody will show up, the venue has a capacity for 120.
I'm so sorry. I'd like to accomodate everyone. If I hear of people not planning to show up, I will add additional people to the invite list.

There have been a few times when our (Doc&B3) guest list exceeded our venue capacity, but you should also take into account the relatively stable percentages that indicate if the venue has a capacity of 120, and your guest list approaching 140, even if the high end of the % is reached (70%), you've still got ample room. We did cut it close at Tommy Rockers, but even then, there was room to move, room to breathe, sand room to "play"!
I'd recommend you set 150 if you are concerned about space. People will be coming in waves over the course of the evening, but the venue should be able to handle our peak periods.
