I'm from Connecticut... not going out West to Vegas... but just wanted to say I admired how this was so nicely written and how fortunate you are to have gotten a group together to commit to go to your gathering so well in advance of the date.
I'd like to mimic this and do something like this in Connecticut soon. Perhaps I'll try by sponsoring a Valentine's Day cocktail party at one of our casinos here out East. We will see. Anyways.... congrats again on having so many of your fellow provideers sign up in advance, and best wishes for a Happy New Year.

Location: The party will be held in a private suite at a hotel on the strip in Las Vegas. The exact location of the event will not be given out until the morning of the event so please be sure to check your email that morning.
