I am kinda new to this hobby and have heard about these M&G.  I would be interested in attending one and experience them first hand.

I would appreciate if someone could send me info on any such event in the Metro DC area.

If you search back in this forum, you'll see that the DC area has some history to overcome, with respect to this issue. Things are probably just way under the radar, and out of sight of newbies. (I don't mean that as an insult, as that certainly includes me too).
