1. Thank you to everyone for responding and providing me with their input. We have digested the results of this and other surveys and are acting accordingly.
2. The overall concept is NOT dead. Our original idea was obviously too ambitious; too grandiose and involved too much expense.
3. We are working on a lower key, smaller scale, ONE day event.
4. Same time window. Same geographical parameters.
MUCH lower costs.
5. I will know by the end of the month whether or not it's a "GO" and will post accordingly.
