if I may what exactly is a meet and greet in this kind of sense?? and how do we go about getting an invite? Ive read lots of positives and am quite interested.

It's a way for the guy to meet the ladies in person and get a chance to talk to them.
The ladies get to show off and to meet potential new clients.
