I have secured a venue for the Meet and Greet but would like to get some feedback on the dates.

Looking more toward the beginning of July.

Are weekends or weekdays better.

I'd suggest waiting till after the july 4th rush has subsided...

weekdays are typically better for committeds and marrieds, weekends are better for the players, stayers, and of course, the payers.

Weekends are better, as are evenings.
Avoid holidays also.

I've been to meets/greets in LV, NYC and DC and the ones which were most fun with best attendees followed the weekend scenario.

It was nice to meet you at the LV MG.  As I mentioned an active Seattle area hobbyist friend is traveling to SF and you have an intimate knowledge of the forum, your assistance in identifying the website or contact info for "tia" who you recommended would be appreciated.  Any other recommendations are also welcomed.

I haven't forgotten, folks. Just  been really busy balancing clients and such. Sage knows how it is!!
