Okey Dokey boys and girls.....We are there!!!

Tomorrow is the big day...and not a moment too soon.
The evites have gone out to all who are screened and good to go. The final 'instructions' will be going out tomorrow morning (Friday the 22nd). This will give you the name of the location, the group name for the meeting, and a cell number that I will have specifically for the party. Those of you needing a hotel room can then, at that point, contact the hotel, let them know what "group" you are with, and get a room in your name. Remember that a king should cost you 95 and a double should cost 105.

IF YOU HAVE NOT:
1.  Responded to your evite
2.  Responded to the recent hotel room confirmation request
3.  Made ABSOLUTELY SURE that your 'guest' is screened...
then we'll work with you as we best can, but can't make any promises.

99% of all these details are set...and we've spent most all of today getting to that point.

Nothing left to do now but get ready to party!!!
