Make it a Yahoo Group and add events to the Groups Calendar.  That way, anyone who subscribes to the group will see the events in their own calendar.

OK, I am tired of waiting for someone to do this so I'm stepping up. I just created a calendar for the meet and greets. You can find it at http://calendar.yahoo.com/termeetngreet.
If you know of a M&G on the horizon please either PM me or email me the public details and I will put them on this calendar.
There have been several times when I visited a city and found out if I had just planned a few days different I could have made the M&G.
