A date has been set.

Thursday, 20 March is the date we have settled on.
We are planning a casual 2 hour or so, "cocktail party" atmosphere in a private suite/room.
The specific details will be released to the verified, invitee's shortly before the event.

We are currently in negotiations with a nearby hotel for a special room rate for our party and are looking to get a block of rooms set aside for our out of town guests and anyone wishing to stay over. As soon as this information is available, we will email those who may need a room. So anyone who may need to book a room please let me know as soon as possible so we can get an approximate number.

We will continue to update the event here and on the Florida board.

Ladies...
If I don't personally know you (if we have never met) please send your TER name, your business name, your website, and an email address.

Ladies, please be patient with me as I will need to contact some of you to verify the gentlemen. This is for all of our safety and security. If I can't verify someone, they will not get an invite.

One thing I want to make very clear...
the party itself is going to be a very simple, casual get together, an opportunity to meet and reconnect with old friends and meet some new ones.
Any "extracurricular" activities that you wish to partake in or have planned, will be on your own time and away from the M&G room.

And I know this goes without saying, but...
please do not discuss the location, the time, or any other details you may think you know with anyone.
If you are considering bringing a guest, that guest must be on my list also.
At the party, if you are not on the verified list, you will not get in the door.

why do you make it on a week day and not on the weekend?

Because the vast majority of the over 40 people who have responded voiced the opinion that they preferred a weekday evening.

Meet & Greets, nationwide, are commonly held on a week day for the discretion of gentlemen with families.  Its easier to discretely step away on the week night than a weekend.

Some M&Gs are usually around Happy Hour time.  Others, like the ATL M&G yesterday, started later. Las Vegas is having theirs on the weekend, but then again.....that's a whole diff scene out there from what I understand.

I hope this helps give some insight into why a mid-week event is typically planned instead of a weekend day/evening.

Welp, I guess its time to adjust my March plans.  LOL

I hope to be intown during the M&G and am VERY pleased to see the event is still taking place.

To everyone who stepped up and helped Mike with coordinating, KUDOS TO YOU!  I'm SURE he is appreciative of the efforts made!

Bobb is helping Mike, he is doing it himself.  It was my understanding that Mike declined to host and Bobb stepped up to the plate.

This has been an ongoing ever evolving thing.

I am co-hosting with Keystonekid.
He is working his magic on the location and hospitality issues, hotel rooms, etc.
While I am working on the guest list, publicity, and putting a name and a reputation up front.

The responses we have gotten have far exceeded my expectations.
We have people coming from all over the country for this event.
So we are working very hard to provide the most "bang for your buck" and still have a very fun and enjoyable M&G.

We will be updating information every week.
As we get closer, we will be contacting the responders with specific information.
I WILL NOT be giving out a list of the ladies who have said they will attend. That is for them to decide what they want you to know.

I don't have any intention of limiting the number of attendees, but if it begins to get to unmanagable, we may have to set a cut-off date.
