sad... only 63 years old

remember him from Mork & Mindy. He is one my favorite "smart" funny actors (don't call him a comedian - he is much more than that).

A comedian is a much greater artist than an actor, IMHO.....

but RW was even greater than that.

He put himself body and soul into anything he did, and this drained him so that he needed to replace it with substances that did him in.

He was on the road to recovery, but I guess too little too late.

RIP RW, this world needed you and will miss you sorely.

Robin Williams

I'm heartbroken!

We met in the 80's at the Playboy Mansion, and shared many wonderful moments together.  I'm blessed to have known him.

If any one was a fan, his appearance on The Actors Studio a few years ago

IMO, showed his true comic genius.

it's on YT and very long(10-11parts) but worth it.
