Canada Extradites Dutch Man

A Dutch man, alleged internet bully, was extradited from the Netherlands to B.C. based on the Canadian Internet harassment law.  Though the victim killed herself there appears to be lack of causation as the victim Amanda T. was a Canadian teen who was physically attacked by a Canadian girl for having sex with her fellow compatriot's boyfriend, and then thrown in a ditch in B.C.  I note that there are alot of ditches in B.C. as I had previously scoured the border for a good crossing point and there are tons of annoying ditches to prevent vehicle traffic.

In any case, it remains a clearly lack of reasonable likelihood of conviction that a man in the Netherlands could have harassed her to the point of suicide because a Canadian girl was never charged and she actually physically assaulted her. and a physical attack is more egregious than mere online bullying.  The Netherlands man, due to the nude friendly culture of Europe, probably had no criminal intent by posting a nude pic of the victim since if the pic was posted in the Netherlands it would not be a crime.  Additionally, the Netherlands and neighboring country Denmark, were known for having walk in porn stores wherein magazines showing full nude high school girls are available to the public, and a mere topless pic cannot rise to the level of child porn as it shows no lady part and only shows the breasts.

Thus, Canada clearly engaged in discrimination against the Netherlands man and abused the extradition process and hopefully he will be acquitted asap.

Moreover, the Canadian Teen who died was being treated with antidepressants which have the side effect of intrinsically causing suicide merely by taking the antidepressant drugs.  Clearly, Canada is following in the footsteps of the USA and finding a scapegoat through the criminal justice system and abuse of defendants.
