I am so glad Joffrey is dead.  Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

But...is Tyrian untouchable from the 'real world' perspective?  I mean...he is the best character on the show.  It's not even debatable.

You are right, Joffrey was a real jerk and deserved what he got.  Unfortunately, he is still just a junior compared to the senior assholes who need a serious dose from a can of whoop-ass.  The two old dudes Tywin Lannister and Walder Frey come to mind.  Unforgiveable those two.  Shame we can't just get William Munny to clean house, but then that would end the story.

and torturous death. her character is written dichotomically to show some kind of compassionate side of her  because she "loves her children". So what? It is easy to love your children. In fact , she is pure evil and she proves it as she shows disdain for EVERYONE else. Jaime Lannister is a more sympathetic figure and Daenerys Targaryen is more compassionate.
