I know a masseuse who had a couple come to her. It started with a massage for both, with the woman helping the masseuse with her SO (4 hands) and vice versa. It ended with the man fucking the woman while the masseuse worked on both of them, but with more attention on the lady, rubbing her neck & boobs.  
Apparently The couple wanted more of a girl-girl experience, and thought this would be a good way to accomplish it, knowing there was no FS offered (so no chance the man would have sex with the provider).
