and you have my empathy; it's not a fun thing to have.

That said, you will face a real uphill battle combining a real good theraputic massage with a great sexual one.  There are a few who can do this, but it is an elusive hunt.

As for the feet however, you should see a good podiatrist and get them cared for properly.

Never posted here, and apologies at the front. Not a post about FBSM, but FBM. Up until now, FBSM were the only massages I've had and were a more a part of me getting laid GFE style, then a massage. Some ladies are pretty good at one part, or the other, bet rarely at both. I'd pay more if and when I can find that special therapist, but so far, it's tough to find.

I've got some serious plantar fasciitis, and the physical therapy place my foot Dr. sent me to was a joke, and at $75 a pop, not cheap. Not sure why I've always associated a massage with sex, but I have. To make a long story short, went into this full body massage place, no sex, non asian, and asked for some attention for the plantar fasciitis. Wasn't the full foot massage I was looking for, but not bad, and no kidding, I can tell the difference in one day. The point is, you don't have to get laid to enjoy what a good massage will do. You probably knew that already, but I didn't.

Now the trick is to find a hot, non-teenager aged, full service therapist, who does feet.:)

Its funny you mention that because in my state (MN) there's only a few of us whom actually know what we're doing on both ends of the spectrum.

I have occasional bouts of plantar fasciitis and think a foot massage during a flair up would be terrible. You need stretching, especially calves and hamstrings.

and while they found it somewhat painfull, they said that it did provide some measure of relief, at least temporarily.

(still not a podiatrist.)

Look for mausseuses who offer "reflexology" as part of their offerings - I've had success with both strictly therapeutic as well as a few therapeutic providers who, once they are comfortable with you (usually takes a couple visits) will expand the session to include a FBSM (HR is usual) happy ending.

A GFE ending is very rare and hard to find, though a few offer it (but don't expext a price break if that's what you want).

Well I'm well educated in massage therapy, structural and trager massage & can work with frozen shoulder, most foot ailment bodywork and I stand by that it really helps whether or not a flare up is happening.
Painful at first yes but after a few days most of my clients feel way better and notice a difference in the structure of their feet & leg alignment and they keep coming back to stay that way.

I was at a weekend massage retreat and figured reflexology would be a neat foot massage.

The demonstrator asked for a volunteer so I charged right up on the stage.  It was by far the most painful physical experience I've ever had on a massage table (And I've been rolfed!)  The idea is to stab at certain zones on the sole of the foot with a sharp stylus (Think of the tip of a Bic pen cap.) which correspond to certain vital organs in the body.

I will never have one of those again.
