There is a place that's been around forever in Newton called Mandalla's, on Walnut Street.
The gals aren't exactly model material, but they are all very sweet, and you'll get a good massage and a nice HJ. For a few bucks more you might get them to disrobe a bit, but maybe not the first time.
There are (or maybe I should say were) a bunch of hole in the wall Asian places but they get busted pretty regularly, so I wouldn't trust them.
There was another place in Newton, I forget the name, but it was on Washington Street about 1-2 miles west of Newton Corner. That place had some nice gals. I met one gal there and we still see each other off-campus. It's long gone now, however.
Also, there was a place in Brookline on Route 9 near the reservoir, but it got raided many years ago. That place also had great gals.
