I believe that this is the new and improved ABC Spa that was shut down last year. I have not had guts enough to test drive the place yet as I am not sure how much surveillance is going on, but it is good that some of these places are trying to reopen again. Love to hear if you go though.
Wanted to check with the guys in RI to see if anyone has checked out the new Refresh Asian Spa on Smithfield Ave in Providence? I've been to several in RI Far East is by far the Best, but was curious what this one is like, any info would be greatly appreciated.
