Well if you see a well built Caucasian gal or an exceptionally good English speaking Asian, even a latina that just looks a little too tough for comfort at your favorite AMP & no mamasan in sight when there usually is I'd say it's time to turn around.
A place in my area years ago when it got busted they answered the phone for 3 hours, took the safe & left. Charges dismissed after due process was violated. Anyway times have changed.
If they wanna be ignorant thinking only AMP are human traffickers they should check again.
Most of the time its the nail shops & salons if anything trafficking those people.
Only reason I've come up with that conclusion is I'm trained in cosmetology also so I know if they're just doing it on the fly just by the painful mistakes that have been done to me.

Watch out!! I read a news article about Los Angeles Co. Sheriff take over a massage parlor and sting customers. Be very careful. Since this is a new tactic, it can spread to other parts of USA.
What kind of massage parlor? Any MP I go to, there's a long period of actual "massage", long before any kind of negotiations occur. Is a female cop going to spend 30 minutes massaging my ass, tickling my balls, and using her nails on my inner thighs? Cause if not, I'm going to assume she's a regular masseuse and I wont negotiate anything with her.
What if the guy does not proposition the massuse? Would she give a regular massage, and hopefully it would be a good one considering massages normally cost $40-80 for straight regular massage.
I think that the undercover decoy asks the guys for extra money for sex upfront. I do not think that they will give massage or table shower. Many of these guys fall for it thinking it is safe.
These type of stings are very rare so I will not worry about hobbying at the massage parlor.
Its the intent not the massage itself. If they just raided a place, they know why you're there or that's what they assume until you've proven the opposite.
Even in L.A. you still must be proved guilty.
...enough crap on the Legal Board for me to believe you just made up this story.
but make sure to get out the b/s protector spray. BigP is correct

PSE,
I'm having trouble with the time listed on your posts, the time of your link and the date on the paper that carries the article which is November 30, 2012. Can you explain the 11/30/12 Newspaper date? Please notify me in Legal Corner when you do.
AMP raids are done and over just as fast as they happen unless there's a bigger thing going on that LE is after
In this case there is. Maybe trafficking, underage workers? Who knows but I doubt this will spread all over the country as the OP said though.

When they become joint federal task forces they're still limited to at most several states
LE is known to set a trap in AMP's to bust but its only for a few hours after the initial raid and usually at the walk in type of locations.
Never once have I seen LE take over an AMP for longer than that or have decoys actually working on johns in the massage room (at least for my area.
Another reason why being a real independent is awesome, you'd know right away if something happened to me.
Stings don't happen often. This was part of the Majors Crimes Unit. Consider the length of time they may have been there, the number of men in and out while they were there and they caught 20 to date of the article. How many didn't solicit?
Also consider that LAPD in the past has been known to use it's choicest female officers for such undercover work, which will make men more likely to make a first move faster than with an average massage girl.
