A massage parlor may not be the best way to get what you're looking for.
One of the hobbyists  that replied to your thread on the Minnesota board gave you the information about what may be the ONLY parlor in the Twin Cities area that I am aware of that offers anything close to what you seek (I would be more than happy to be proven wrong if there are others - YMMV certainly also always applies). Caution and discretion are always in order when asking or answering a question like this, especially when it involves a brick and mortar business with a fixed address. From everything that I have seen or read, I don't think most would describe that experience as GFE. It may be worth a visit for you to see how you like it, a table shower can be quite enjoyable. The tip negotiation may feel uncomfortable. I think that a parlor w/ GFE experience might be more likely on the west coast or the New York metro area where there are more K-girls and AMPs, but I think that for the most part the AMP experience doesn't usually lend itself to a "true GFE". Some guys use an AMP as plan B or plan C if their original provider appointment doesn't pan out.

Independent providers instead of parlors.
You said you are looking for massage plus "GFE available and a more expanded menu". I assume that "more expanded menu" means more than just a HJ. I believe that probably in most cases there are independent ladies that can be a better experience and a better "value" than a parlor. The problem then becomes that of finding the correct independent provider to fit your needs. That means finding ladies with great massage skills as well the expanded menu you seek. It is more difficult to find someone skilled in both categories. There are independents that do fit this category. They do exist.  We have had several providers in this niche in our area relatively recently either retire, or in some cases de-list themselves and become less visible or even UTR.

Some hobbyists literally make separate appointments for the two skill sets. They will schedule a therapeutic only massage appointment, and will also schedule a separate provider appointment for immediately after (accounting for travel time).
