It's a bit of a drive but feel like Philly might be your best bet - I am NJ all day especially Bergen County area but plenty of friends loving what Philly has to offer - would say if you have the time/energy to go get a Cheesesteak, could be worth the 45 - 1 hour drive to Philly from Baltimore.
