I know a masseuse who had a couple come to her. It started with a massage for both, with the woman helping the masseuse with her SO (4 hands) and vice versa. It ended with the man fucking the woman while the masseuse worked on both of them, but with more attention on the lady, rubbing her neck & boobs.  
Apparently The couple wanted more of a girl-girl experience, and thought this would be a good way to accomplish it, knowing there was no FS offered (so no chance the man would have sex with the provider). The woman wanted to give & receive oral, but that wasn't part of the deal for the masseuse, just the happy ending. And it turned out that she didn't even have to do that, as the couple finished by making love.

Years ago I took my SO to see 'Emmanuelle',  a soft core movie that was a mainstream hit.  There is a scene where the couple get a FBSM together in a spa in Thailand, complete with the happy ending.  My SO was totally turned on by that scene, and if I had been able to find a place to take her I would have. But this was way back, before PCs, let alone the internet, and I had no clue on where to find a massage parlour or spa, in the city we lived in.  And unfortunately we couldn't afford the trip to Thailand!
